Refunds, Replacements and Cancellation

Refunds : We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us immediately. Product that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We offer rectification or replacement for any defective items only within 15 days of notification to us. We do not offer refunds as the product is specifically made to your requirements. 

Replacements : This product is eligible for free replacement within 15 days of raising request only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please contact us at 7042407567 in case you notice any defect on the product at the time of delivery. Replacement product will be delivered within 15 days post notification to us. 

Cancellation prior to delivery - Cancellation is allowed till 24 hours of placing the order, post which we would not be able to take cancellation request. 
Cancellation at the time or after delivery is not allowed.
Return Policy : At Golden Mayer we do not offer return as each of our product is made specially for you.
